Truly, I don’t think we have the words to express just how fantastic Jan is; but we will try. From day one she was thoroughly attentive; and as a couple who wanted as little stress as possible it was reassuring to know that Jan was there. She knew exactly what needed doing at each stage and was very pro-active, from our initial enquiries through our consultation, and finally to our wedding day itself.
It is quite rare that you meet someone like Jan but she is genuinely one of the loveliest, most sincere people you could wish to know; and we were so at ease throughout the entire process. We thought we were slightly uninteresting, but Jan managed to coax out our interests, feelings and emotions, which helped to put together the most beautiful and personalised ceremony. All of our guests loved it, and commented how they’ve never seen anything so special; even those with the hardest of hearts shed a tear.
Jan has such sincere passion for what she does and it shows. The best decision we made was to hand over the reins in the weeks leading up to the wedding; we were kept informed but were completely relaxed. She was on hand the day before and morning of our wedding, and could not do enough for us. Jan made sure everything was set up, and was always willing to offer suggestions and improvements to our plans; she did not stop!
Looking back, it took us a good while to get to the point in our lives where we were ready to marry, and we will be forever grateful that we had someone there; encouraging us to do it our way as a family.
Jan you are one in a million and we honestly can not thank you enough!
